Mudakathan Keerai kashayam for Joint Pain: take a hand full of Mudakathan leaves, wash it three or four times. Add 2 cups of water, 1tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of asafetida. Let it to boil for some time. if the water reduces half of the amount remove from heat and add a pinch of pepper powder. Drink warm on every morning (freshly Prepared). Take a hand full of fresh and green Mudakathan leaf wash it and put in half lit tamarind juice. Let it to boil for 15 minutes then add powdered pepper, garlic, jeera (cumin seeds), asafetida, curry leaves and 1 red dry chilli ( dry fry and grind nicely).
